Andrew Utz
As the Service Manager at 5M Rental, I oversee all service operations for both rental and sales equipment, working closely with customers to provide dependable support and practical solutions. I take pride in building strong relationships through honest communication, quality service, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
At 31 years old, I have been married to my wife, Maggie, for seven years, and together we are raising our three children. Family, faith, and service are the foundation of who I am.
Beyond my career, I am actively involved in my community by serving on local first responder teams and coaching youth sports. Whether I’m helping a customer, responding to a call for service, or mentoring young athletes, my goal is always the same—to serve others with integrity, work hard, and leave every person better than I found them.
Maggie
As Assistant Manager and Event Coordinator at 5M Rental, Maggie is passionate about helping customers create successful projects and unforgettable celebrations. Whether assisting with equipment rentals or coordinating every detail of a special event, she is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring each customer’s experience is seamless from start to finish.
Maggie has dedicated many years to serving her community through the Junior Auxiliary, where she has helped make a positive impact in the lives of children of all ages. Her heart for service extends beyond the workplace and reflects her genuine desire to care for others.
Married to her husband, Andrew, for seven years, Maggie is the proud mother of three children. She believes every customer deserves personal attention, thoughtful guidance, and the confidence that their project or event is in good hands.

Jim McNeer
Jim McNeer is the Co-Owner of 5M Rental along with his wife Kim. Jim also currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Kenneth R. Thompson Jr. Builder, Inc. Jim has more than 30 years of experience in sales, service, construction, finance, and business operations, Jim is recognized by the business community for his strategic and passionate leadership skills, problem solving ability, team building, and commitment to operational excellence. Jim has played a vital role in the growth and success of both organizations by focusing on strategic growth, product and sales innovation, customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, employees, and business partners.
A dedicated community and business leader, Jim has served his community by being involved for many years with The National Exchange Club. He has also served as youth sports coach in baseball, softball and soccer. Jim has served on the board of directors for Associated Builders and Contractors of MS and was the 2025 Chairman. During that time his also served on the national board of directors. He also served on the membership committee and government affairs chair. Jim has long been committed to serving others and helping to improve the lives of everyone around him.
Jim has also been actively involved in his church, serving as Sunday school teacher and serving on the Deacon Council.
Jim and Kim have been married for more than 35 years. Together they have built successful businesses while raising their family and enjoying the blessings of three adult children, their spouses, and eight grandchildren. No matter what task Jim is working on, he has always been driven by honesty, integrity, leading by example, and a desire to make a lasting, positive impact on the people and communities he serves.
Kimberly T. McNeer
Kimberly T. McNeer is the President of Kenneth R. Thompson Jr. Builder, Inc. and co-owner of 5M Rental alongside her husband, Jim. With more than 30 years of experience in banking, construction, finance, and business operations, Kimberly is recognized for her strategic leadership, financial expertise, and commitment to operational excellence. She has played a significant role in the growth and success of both organizations by focusing on innovation, customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, employees, and business partners.
A dedicated community leader, Kimberly is a Life Member of the Junior Auxiliary of Greenwood, where she has served in numerous leadership roles, including President. Throughout her years of service, she has been committed to improving the lives of children and families while mentoring future community leaders.
Kimberly has also been actively involved in her church, serving on several committees, including the Personnel Committee. Her faith and commitment to serving others have been guiding principles throughout both her personal and professional life.
Kimberly and her husband, Jim, have been married for more than 35 years. Together they have built successful businesses while raising their family and enjoying the blessings of three adult children, their spouses, and eight grandchildren. Whether leading an organization, serving her community, or spending time with family, Kimberly is driven by integrity, servant leadership, and a desire to make a lasting, positive impact on the people and communities she serves.
Kevin Collins
With more than 25 years of experience in the equipment rental industry, Kevin Collins serves as Store Manager at 5M Rental, where he is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and helping every customer find the right solution for their needs. His extensive knowledge, friendly approach, and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted resource for customers throughout the community.
A lifelong resident of Greenwood, Kevin is proud to serve the community he has always called home. He believes that building relationships, treating people with respect, and offering a helping hand are the keys to delivering exceptional service.
Kevin has been married to his wife, Brenda, and together they have one son, Josh, who is currently a student at Mississippi State. Whether you’re renting equipment for a weekend project or purchasing equipment for your business, Kevin is always ready to welcome you with a smile, share his expertise, and help you find the best solution for the job.
Carter
Carter’s primary role at 5M is Comptroller, but you’ll also see her putting her creative talents to work on the event side of our business. Carter has a great eye for design and will be helping customers bring their ideas to life as they plan weddings, parties, and special events.
Carter is a BSN, RN graduate of Delta State University and continues to work part-time in the nursing field.
Carter is married to Clay Perry and they have two beautiful children together. When she isn’t working, Carter enjoys traveling, music, MSU sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
